Please check that all missing assignments have been turned in! If you have missed a concert for any reason - you are expected to make it up by performing for Mr. Grayson and Miss. Potts in the office. This is worth 50% of your grade, so please communicate with us. Class time is an option.
Flag Fundraising
Calling all Indy Band Programs! (That's right, this is for everyone - Concert Band, Ensembles, Jazz Band, Color Guard, and Marching Band.) It is time for us to start working on the 2025-2026 fundraising year. Many of you might not be aware, but all Band Booster
fundraising efforts support ALL band programs throughout Indy so we need everyone's help
as we kick off our first fundraiser of the year - the US Flag subscription service. With our
first holiday, Memorial Day, just over two weeks away we need everyone to check out the
attached sign-up and get involved.
For those new to Indy band - the band programs for all of the county's highschools offer a
US Flag subscription service for the families inside their school zone. For a yearly fee, they
will place a US Flag in their front yard for 5 patriotic holidays throughout the year. Families
of band students then sign up to deliver & post flags in the mornings and pick them up
before sundown that night. You've probably seen these flags out many times and just didn't
realize it was a county band family that put it there. But now you will get a chance to be part
of the fun and support your Indy Band at the same time.
Sign-ups: We're structuring things a little different this year in the hopes of making it even
easier for you. We are splitting all holidays into morning and evening shifts so no one has to
work both in one day unless they want to. Once we get the sign-ups for each shift, we will
divide up the number of homes and create routes for each family to run. Obviously the more
families that sign-up the fewer flags each family will have to deliver or pick up and the faster
you will complete your route. Our goal is to have 24 routes per shift and we will do our best
to keep your route as close to your home as possible. We're asking each family to sign up
for 3 shifts throughout the year to keep routes small and quick. We're also putting the entire
year's sign-ups out at once so you can plan your year out ahead of time.Here is the link for you to Sign-up for your routes for this year:

Marching Band
25-26 Marching Band Registration
Registration for the 25-26 Marching Band Season is now open! Please fill out
the form below to register for marching band. The cost for marching band this
year is $300. Rookie Members are also asked to pay a $200 uniform fee to cover
shoes, member shirt, track bag, etc. Money and health forms will be due at the
start of band camp.

missing from this schedule, and I’m not 100% sure when Homecoming and Senior Night will be.

Spin Club
In June, we will start up Indy’s Spin Club! This is a great time to bring those friends who
may be interested in color guard! Each date is from 5:00-7:00pm in the band room.
